Are you planning your next camping trip and looking for delicious camping breakfast recipes?

Camping can be a very affordable way to travel and visit new and exciting places. And, it’s a fun activity to do with your family, your partner, or even by yourself.best camping breakfast recipes

While camping is a lot of fun, it can be challenging to plan out your meals, and you need to pack and transport everything with you.

Because it’s not like you can always simply open the fridge or pantry, some people think that the only options when camping are roasting hot dogs and granola bars.

That’s not the case at all, especially if you put in a bit of work to prep your meals in advance.

Camping is also an excellent opportunity to get creative with your cooking, and you will quickly learn that you can make almost anything while camping.

This is one of the lessons we’ve learned while traveling full-time in our camper van.

Actually, being in a camper van, RV, or boat is similar to camping because you have very limited kitchen space. You often only have one burner too, so you have to get creative when you cook.

To help you find creative, delicious, and easy ideas, I have a list of camping breakfast recipes to share with you today.

One of the recipes I am most excited to try on this list is the No Mess Omelet In A Bag. And yes, you read that correctly — it’s an omelet in a bag!

You simply mix all of the ingredients together in advance, eggs and all, and refrigerate before you go camping. It’s a great way to have kids help you cook breakfast while camping.

I love the Make-Ahead Breakfast Burritos. You can easily make these weeks in advance and freeze until you leave for your camping trip. Besides a great camping breakfast, you can prepare these for a busy week at home.

This list of camping breakfast recipes even includes the classic biscuits and gravy. Everything is cooked in one skillet, so you don’t have to pack multiple pans. That will really help you save on space.

What makes these recipes camping friendly is that many of them have you do a lot of the prep work in advance. They also use creative cooking methods, like wrapping your breakfast in foil and cooking it directly on the coals of your fire.

I’m also a big believer that anything you cook and eat outdoors while camping or RVing tastes better than it does at home. I don’t know why, but it’s the truth, haha!

One thing I’m learning is that after morning prayer, keeping my energy levels up to par requires that I do cardio and eat healthy. Once in a blue moon, I do splurge and dive into pancakes at iHOP. But I’m moderate on eating pancakes, because I have all the energy I can get and keep to stay active in this line of work known as the “digital nomad lifestyle.”
