Why Aren’t You Paying Just $15 A Month For Your Cell Phone Plan?

The following Mint Mobile review is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

The average person spends sooo much money on their cell phone each month and each year – much more than they actually would ever need.

Your cell phone bill is probably one of the most expensive bills that you pay every month. Your cell phone can easily cost you over $100 per month, and if you have a family, then you may even be paying a few hundred dollars per month.

This probably comes as no surprise, but most people are overpaying for their cell phone plan.

Recently, I came across Mint Mobile. They are an affordable cell phone service company that can help you save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year.

Mint Mobile has customers buy the service they know they’re going to need in quantities of 3, 6, or 12 months at a time. The more you months you purchase in a single time, the less you pay.

With Mint Mobile, you can choose exactly how much data you want to use each month – either 2, 5, or 10 GBs each month.

And, you can start at just $15 per month!

I’m sure you’ve probably thought that you were paying too much for a cell phone at one point, but you may have been too afraid to switch plans or providers in order to save money on your phone bill.

And, cell phones are something that many people don’t often change. They pay for service and tend to stick with that service for a long time, even if the price continues to go up, which it most likely will.

Even though most people are not happy with their cell phone bill, many have yet to take the time to look around to compare pricing. This can be from a fear of losing your number, the possibility of a different plan or company being worse, and so on.

Well, today, I want to introduce you to Mint Mobile.

If your average cell phone bill is $100, and you switched to Mint Mobile, you may be able to save around $80 a month.

That’s $960 a year – almost $1,000 by making just one simple switch.

I personally tried out Mint Mobile before publishing this review, and I was surprised by how well it worked. I was out far away from a town, and still had service. Considering I currently pay around $300 a month for my current cell phone service, Mint SIM seemed like one heck of a good deal in comparison.

Now, if you need more data, Mint Mobile does have a rate of $25 per month for 10 GBs if you purchase a 12 month plan. That is a really great price and much more affordable than anything I’ve ever seen.

Some other benefits of Mint Mobile in case you are nervous to make the switch:

  • There are no contracts
  • You can try their 7-day money back guarantee, available on any 3-month plan
  • They have 4G LTE delivered via the nation’s fastest, most advanced networks – so you don’t have to worry about your service being slow

Mint Mobile Plans

To switch to Mint Mobile, it is super easy. You just go to their website and choose the plan you need. Then, you can bring your own phone and even get service on your current cell phone. Then, you just activate your plan and insert the SIM card that you are given. I did all of this myself and it was super easy!

Here’s an easy screenshot of the directions from Mint Mobile’s website:

How much do you pay for your monthly cell phone plan? What else would you like me to cover in my Mint Mobile review?

I live in Sweden and I pay 11.80 every month. For that I get 50 free calls, 500 free sms/MMS, and 1 GB surf. It s enough for me and my lifestyle 🙂
