Birthday freebies can be a way to enjoy your birthday for cheap. You can receive free birthday stuff, such as food, clothing, and more.My birthday is in May, and soon I will have tons of emails flooding my inbox with birthday freebies. I love free birthday stuff, and I'm sure you do too!

Everyone has a birthday, and you may be able to score a lot of free birthday stuff by just flashing your birthdate on your driver's license or by signing up for a company's free email club to receive a coupon for your birthday.

Yes, you will need to sign up for a company's mailing list in order to receive birthday freebies, but if you don't want your inbox flooded you can sign up with an email address used solely for promotional emails, or you can limit the amount of mailing lists you sign up for.

Another great benefit of signing up for birthday freebies is that you often receive a free item or a discount just for signing up, as well as on the anniversary of when you signed up for their email list.

Below are 31 birthday freebies you should think about signing up for. I am not an affiliate for any of the companies below, these are all just fun, free birthday things I thought you might enjoy. Also, occasionally a company may change their birthday promotion, so if birthday freebie information becomes outdated, please let me know in the comments below.

Great list and perfect timing too, my wife’s birthday is in May as well. Right now we only have Dunkin and Starbucks rewards so we’ll have breakfast taken care of but we may want to add a spot for lunch and dinner ;)!

Wow…. very useful list ! On my last birthday in Jan, we did all the research to identify such freebies (Obviously our list was very limited in comparison to this :-)) Next time we will just refer to this post – No more research required 🙂

This is a great list, Michelle, thanks for putting it together. There are people in my family that love Benihana but only go their for their birthdays so they can use the $30 off voucher you get by signing up for “The Chef’s Table” program (free to sign up, just enter your email address). It’s not a free meal, but could be a good addition to your list.

    Happy Birthday Month 🙂

Great list! There were a few I didn’t know had birthday freebies. My favorite is Baskin Robbins because they also allow you to add other family members (child, spouse, parents) to your account so they get birthday rewards as well.

The Body Shop has a rewards program where you get a discount on your tenth and twentieth purchase, always 10% discount on display of the card, and a free pick from the shop worth €10 on your birthday. Not sure if they are active outside of Europe though.
