Hey everyone! We’ve been doing much better with our food spending! We only ate out once last week, which is major improvement over for how it usually is with us. What has been really helping is that I’ve been making new recipes for us to try.

Lets just hope that we can keep this up!

Here’s what I plan on making as our main course for each dinner:

  • Monday – Greek Chicken
  • Tuesday –  Korean Tacos (Made this last week, soooo good)
  • Wednesday – Steak
  • Thursday – Casserole
  • Friday – Baked Spaghetti
  • Saturday – Out to Eat
  • Sunday – Fajitas

What’s on your menu? Share any recipes 🙂

What's in the picture? That looks delicious! I need to go back to some light foods as i'm feeling too heavy right now. So taco salad with turkey meat and black beans most of the week. If the weather stays cool might make a bean minestrone soup after that.

I had been menu planning and we were eating in (and eating well) almost every night! I've definitely fallen down on the job lately. :/ And @Lance, we do the same thing even though we DO have Chipotle here! haha

We've been packing and will be moving this coming week, so "out to eat" pretty much has happened for 90% of our meals. I actually cannot wait to use our new kitchen! That picture looks delicious. 🙂

I just started getting into Korean tacos. The food carts in Vancouver always feature them. Never tried to make them myself however!
