Pinterest recipes are still killing me! I’ve definitely been loving what I’m making though.

Here’s what I plan on making as our main course for each dinner:

  • Monday – Oven Baked Fajitas
  • Tuesday – Chicken Spinach Bake
  • Wednesday – Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Thursday – Steak
  • Friday – Lemon Chicken
  • Saturday – Out for dinner
  • Sunday – Out for dinner

My hubby does almost all of the cooking, so I rarely know what we're going to have until I walk through the door and it's waiting there for me. I typically bring leftovers to work the next day, so I only know what I'm going to have for lunch any given day by the night before. We almost always eat out on Friday nights and one other time over the course of the weekend. Most Saturday mornings we have eggs, bacon (or sausage) biscuits, gravy and coffee. It's a nice tradition that we've started. Very rarely do we sit in the living room while eating, it's almost always at the table. We take that time to focus on us.

Maybe if I started making a plan like this I would be more inclined to cook my own food. One step at a time though. Ill stick with eating the same thing for a few days, and then switching when I get tired of it. I am a horrible cook. I would love to take courses, but I have no idea where to look for them.

I tried the pasta bake last week, and I would definitely add some cheese in with the noodles… its very dry if not. But its very good! I'll try it again!

I wish I could plan out my meals like this… right now my appetite has been all over place, so I'm just planning on eating a lot of oatmeal and fruit.
