Meal plans are still working for us. We haven’t wasted as much food lately since we’re only buying what we need and that’s been great.
Here’s what I plan on making as our main course for each dinner:
- Monday – Steak and baked parmesan tomatoes
- Tuesday – Tortellini and Garden Vegetable Bake
- Wednesday – Breakfast for dinner. YUM!
- Thursday – Enchiladas
- Friday – Fajitas
- Saturday – Out for dinner
- Sunday – Out for dinner
What’s on your menu?
I’m also hoping to make this!

I love breakfast for dinner! Especially when it involves french toast 🙂 and that pie or cobbler or whatever it is looks delicious!!!
I love doing breakfast for dinner every now and then! Isn't it nice to not waste food. I (we) have been trying to be more conscience of that as well. It's amazing what you throw out if you aren't watching it. Enjoy your menu!

Yum! I love planning meals for the week! And it definitely does save a ton! The meal I'm most excited to make this week is cashew chicken! I'll try and post it on my blog when I make it or I can email you the recipe if you want!
I wish I could make more Mexican type meals, but my hubby isn't a big fan! Your menu sure does look yummy!
Sounds like an awesome menu! I'm in NY so my eating is all thrown off. <a href="http://www.cancerinthecity.com” target=”_blank”>www.cancerinthecity.com

Breakfast for dinner?? Count me in! Breakfast is often one of my favorite meals. So I could definitely double up and have it at night too, especially if it is some tasty french toast with bananas. I'll have to try adding peanut butter next time I make that. I just ate breakfast, but looking at that photo makes me want to whip up a batch right now.
Love the idea of breakfast for dinner! I need to try that asap!xx IvanaStop by sometimes 🙂Macarons and Pearls
