Meal plans are still working for us. We haven’t wasted as much food lately since we’re only buying what we need and that’s been great.

Here’s what I plan on making as our main course for each dinner:

  • Monday – Steak and baked parmesan tomatoes
  • Tuesday –  Tortellini and Garden Vegetable Bake
  • Wednesday – Breakfast for dinner. YUM!
  • Thursday – Enchiladas
  • Friday – Fajitas
  • Saturday – Out for dinner
  • Sunday – Out for dinner

What’s on your menu?

I’m also hoping to make this!

I love doing breakfast for dinner every now and then! Isn't it nice to not waste food. I (we) have been trying to be more conscience of that as well. It's amazing what you throw out if you aren't watching it. Enjoy your menu!

Yum! I love planning meals for the week! And it definitely does save a ton! The meal I'm most excited to make this week is cashew chicken! I'll try and post it on my blog when I make it or I can email you the recipe if you want!

Breakfast for dinner?? Count me in! Breakfast is often one of my favorite meals. So I could definitely double up and have it at night too, especially if it is some tasty french toast with bananas. I'll have to try adding peanut butter next time I make that. I just ate breakfast, but looking at that photo makes me want to whip up a batch right now.
