I’m so glad today is Saturday. I have a lot of stuff that I would like to do, but as most of you know, I usually do nothing. You guys really need to start leaving mean comments and telling me to do things (ok please don’t, I’m just joking).
I’m hoping no one takes offense to any of the pins above (I think they’re funny!)
Does anyone watch the ID channel (I think it stand for Investigative Discovery, not sure)? It’s just full of true murder mysteries and stories 24/7. Well, me and the BF have been watching it nonstop and I am pretty much afraid to do anything. When I get out of my car after work, I have to run across my driveway to the door and I do numerous other things that are probably making my neighbors think I’m crazy.
Here’s that list of thing’s that I tried doing last week and everything else that I need to do:
  1. Go to carpet places (doubt this will happen) -Well this didn’t happen last weekend, so hopefully soon.  I really want to paint the floor white and have floors like this. What do you guys think of white floors?
  2. Lots of homework to do this weekend
  3. Buy a bookshelf and build the others
  4. Deposit some checks that I got from secret shopping and surveys
  5. Put frames up that I bought a super long time ago
  6. Clean the house ugghhh

What are your plans for the weekend?

I love that winter outfit! So cute. Good luck with your weekend tasks – mine are mostly homework and cleaning (how exciting, ugh).

    1) Totally agree about Channing Tatum. Oh my…2) LOVE the 'sexy beast' one. :)3) Personally, I don't know why anyone would paint anything white in a house. You want to see it get dirty fast? It's very clean looking, but highly impractical. Just MHO.I'm doing homework and housework this weekend too. WHOO.

I honestly forgot about that. The floor would most likely look really gross since we have dogs.

Oh…I will not watch that channel. I'd never unlock my door. Sometimes I just don't need to know how real the real world is. Try to have fun between the chores!

I feel a bit the same. From monday to friday I am highly effective and get to do lots of stuff even if I am at work most of the day and go to the gym in the evening. But when weekend comes I get into lazy mode and kind of don't do as much as I could considering that I don't have to go to work… I always have to-do-lists for the weekend but that doen't always mean I use them 🙂

I think I'm pretty effective on the weekends, though I definitely have to compete with chores a heck of a lot more. And personally, I love winter. I used to be a skier and picked up snowboarding over the last few years. Granted, if you're still in the mid-west finding a decent hill to slide down can be difficult. A lot of other friends up this way (North-West) like snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, both of which seem like all the work and none of the fun. 🙂 Weekends are built for distractions.
