Just a short post today.

This weekend went by way too fast. I forgot to tell you guys that I didn’t go out on Friday night, so no worrying about if anything happened. The roads were too icy so none of us wanted to risk driving. I promise I’ll update everyone on that post soon.

I didn’t do too much yesterday though either. I’ve been feeling really lazy lately. So since I did nothing yesterday, I have a lot to do today. Things we need to do:

  1. Go to carpet places (doubt this will happen)
  2. Homework
  3. Buy another textbook that I forgot about
  4. Buy a bookshelf
  5. Look for a chair that I can attempt to reupholster for my closet
  6. Deposit some checks that I got from secret shopping
  7. I know I said I would stop shopping, but I am planning on going to JCrew today to look for a light blue or yellow button up for work. This will be the only thing that I buy. I’m kind of getting sick of only wearing black, gray and white to work.

Also, above are just some of our pictures from our vacations last year. I’m definitely obsessing over the summer time and cannot wait!

Have a great Sunday!

I reupholstered a chair last fall! I can't believe it turned out as gorgeous as it did, I found a youtube video that goes step by step on reupholstering. I got very lucky and found it on the curb. If that person who threw it out saw it today – I bet they'd want it back! Best of luck looking for one!P.S. I tagged you on a question game post on my blog, if you ever get bored =)

What absolutely beautiful pics. I'm not much of a heat and beach kinda girl but there is something quite appealing in the visual you've created in my mind….sounds of the water, gentle breeze, toes digging into the sand.

I got confused for a second and thought you decided to spontaneously go somewhere tropical this weekend. You were about to get a virtual slap of jealousy! hahaha! And the fact that you have room for a chair in your closet makes me extremely jealous!! Glad you're having a great weekend! 🙂
