Here’s my Weekly Money Check up, courtesy of My Pretty Pennies.

1. The most I’ve spent this last week was on Black Friday shopping. We bought a ton of clothes, presents and a PS3. Ahhh so much money!
2. Today I am thankful for a great Thanksgiving! The BF has a wonderful family and I had a great time.
3. Money can’t buy happiness. One free thing I did last week that made me happy was put up the Christmas tree. Yes we had to buy the tree, but putting it up was fun. I love it!
4. I will consider this week a success if I finish all of my projects and start studying for my finals. Save me!
5.  My favorite Christmas song/album is Mariah Carrey’s All I want for Christmas is you! That has been my favorite for awhile. I love pretty much ALL Christmas songs though.

Yea, my budget kinda went out of line for black Friday too! But I keep telling myself that I saved more by going out Friday and getting alot of it. Telling myself that helps ease the pain 😉

I want a Christmas tree this year! We didn't get one last year :(I HAVE A PS3 too!!!!!! What's your PSN username? Will add you as a friend. I think ours is xinconspicuousxx or battletime. For some reason it switches between the 2 haha. What do you play? We actually have a lot of games that came with ours since we got it off craigslist. I was going to sell some since we don't play with them all. My favorite one is definitely Call of Duty Black Ops!!!!!!

I loved up putting up our X-mas tree, too.. my son is 15 months now, and at first he didn't want to have anything to do with it.. but 10 minutes later all the ornaments were on the floor.. he played soccer with them. 🙂

Ohhhh that's a great song. My other holiday fave is a little bit more of a downer but still great…No Use For a Name's cover of Fairytale of New York. We actually bought a tree this year, too! We found it super cheap though…at least compared to what we used to pay.
