5 Things I Did That Were NOT Frugal
- Went out for lunch, got a snack before class, and then ate at Chevy's at night (AHHH I cannot revert to my old eating habits because it's way too expensive).
- Went to BWW for dinner with the BF.
- Bought clothes that I most likely did not need the other day
- Went to Target, and that's just always a disaster for me and the BF. Bought too much stuff that we did not need.
- I honestly can't think of anything else. So I think we're doing great!
- Made dinner nearly every day this past week!
- Brought my lunch to work nearly everyday
- We've had some weird 75 degree days lately, so it's been nice to keep the heat off and open the windows. But on some days it gets down to 30 degrees.
- Not sure if this is frugal or not, but I finally opened up a credit card that gives me rewards points and also $300!
- Went grocery shopping last night and stayed within my budget. I had to wait over an hour to ring out though. I'm guessing they were crazy for Thanksgiving or something. IT WAS INSANE though.
What have you done this week that was frugal or not?

Ugh…I need to grocery shop this weekend and I'm NOT looking forward to it!! I think you've done a great job this week. It's important to note that while your meal spending increased just a bit, you noticed it! If it went unnoticed, that's where things could get a bit sticky.Have a good weekend!
Target in my kryptonite. I love that store and have forked over way to much money to them.
Frugal – barely ate this week haha. It could be bad for me but it's good for my wallet. I also did not go to the gym which could be bad as well but it saves me in GAS MONEY haha :)Not frugal – got coffee 3 times. Sped on the freeway in the mornings. I really gotta kick this bad habit.
We're getting a target here & I'm told they're awesome.. I'm kind of excited to check it out! 🙂 I think I'll follow suit & do a post like this later on today… Ps – What's BWW?
I like you have put myself on a budget. Target is my weakness…I try to avoid that place…I'll walk out spending $50 (it used to be $100) and I think…what did I get??Love your blog! New Follower!!♥ Shia
I also opened a CC with a $300 cash bonus! Of course, it will be paid off every month and the cash back will be going to my student loans =)
I can't wait for Target to expand into Canada. We really don't have an equivalent alternative here yet.
