Instead of doing homework last night, I made dog treats.  I made these all by myself so I’m hoping the dogs like them.

2 cups Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk
1 Granny Smith Apple, cut into tiny pieces

  1. Preheat oven to 350’F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Bake for 25 minutes
  4. Let cool

Obviously if you couldn’t tell, I’m very basic when I cook.  I usually just throw everything together and hope it all tastes alright.  My dogs seemed to love them, let me know how it goes for you!

Do you have any good dog treat recipes?

Ooh, peanut butter and apples?? My dog would LOVE these. I can't sit down to eat apple slices and peanut butter without him hovering over my lap and slobbering all over me. 😉 Definitely going to give these a try!

I have 2 dogs. If you're thinking these are a lot of treats, THEY ARE! I didn't realize how much I was making. It made a whole plate (shown above) and another whole container.

Very nice! I made dog biscuits about a month ago. Used cookie cutters to make cute shapes. I'll have to search for that recipe!
