I recently signed up for a local food pantry near my house.  I’m not sure how much they’ll need me just yet, but this is a start!

I’m also not sure how I’m going to find time for this, as I work 50 hours a week, commute about 10 hours a week, go to class for 12 hours, and have homework and all of that other good stuff, but I’ve been wanting to volunteer for awhile, since I haven’t done steady volunteer work in awhile.

Where do you volunteer? How do you find time?

Girl, you are stretching yourself to the max! But good for you being good busy. I volunteer about twice a year for a friend's uncles non-profit. I work for a non-profit so I don't volunteer much time there as I do resources, like money.

I do not volunteer at all to be perfectly honest. There is so much to do otherwise. It is not excuse, just a position. And I am sorry I refuse to believe that you are doing 10 hours a day, everyday plus some homework and gym and a boyfriend and do have time for anything else : -)))

Haha everyone thanks. My friends are always making fun of me for always being tired, and whenever I meet new people they always ask me why I yawn so much. I just like to keep busy! I'm not going to lie though, I would have a TON more time if I didn't have the need to be on Facebook for multiple hours. And I always have the weekends free. I try not to do any homework (ok well I don't want to do any homework) and I don't have work, so I figure I'll squeeze the volunteer time into there.
