I’m trying to make new and interesting food, as me and the BF are sick of the usual dinners that I make.  I came across this and this looks delicious! Zucchini and Eggplant Bake.  I’ll let you all know how it turns out! I looked at the comments for it, and someone said to add chicken to it, and I’ll be doing that, as the BF will only eat things loaded with meat.

I found $50 on the ground the other night! We were walking to a bar and I stepped on something and thought it was fake so I started walking away, but then I ran back and got it!

I also came across an interesting article today about traffic light cameras stealing your identity (not exactly).  Apparently horrible people in the world are calling unsuspecting people and pretending to be a cop and asking for these people to pay their red light tickets over the phone.  I don’t think I would fall for this, but I can see how some people might be easily scared.

Have you come across any interesting articles today? I always like to read new things!

Ooh, that recipe makes me wish my husband liked zucchini or eggplant! I love both of those things, but so far the only squash-related thing he likes is zucchini bread. 😛 And that thing about the red lights is kind of scary, but I'd never give anyone my information if they called me first. Awhile back my credit card info was compromised and when the guy from the credit card company called I told him thanks for calling me, but I didn't trust him and I'd be calling the number on the back of the card. Turns out it was all legit, but better safe than sorry when it comes to money! 😉

I love things loaded with meat as well. We don't have traffic light cameras where I live. Not yet at least but scams are abundant these days. Everyone just has to be careful and only use cash/credit/debit in trusted places.

We have traffic cameras everywhere around here! I hate it. I've gotten a couple of tickets but got most of them waived besides one. And it's because apparently there is a law here about how fast you can be driving when you are approaching a red light. I was going 15 miles per hour up to the light. Unbelievable and it still blows my mind.
