I started some of my Christmas shopping the other day.  Check out my past blog post about holiday shopping if you haven’t done so yet.  Managed to get a big stuffed animal and a Fischer Price toy for $0.40 altogether.  All the toys at Kohls were 40% off and I also received a giftcard in the mail for $10 from Kohls.  I’m very happy with these savings!

And I also have $45 in Swagbucks, so this Christmas for the kids in the extended family should be cheap!  I expect that I’ll probably have around $70 in Swagbucks by Christmas-time, I’ve been slacking on Swagbucks lately, so it’s been adding up very slowly.

Have you done any of your shopping yet? How much do you usually spend per person?

Nice way to score on some early shopping deals!I found a little something for my niece at Target the other day on super clearance. Now the task is remembering it's in my closet before I forget and buy her another present. We started saving $50 per month a few years ago for holiday spending. Made all the difference.

I love the Kohl's deals. I'm actually going to post this weekend about the killer deals I scored there last weekend–$500+ of clothing for $105 with $30 in free Kohl's cash to use next time!I'm saving for Christmas expenses, but I haven't begun shopping. I love me some Black Friday madness, so I'll venture out for my annual shopping entertainment (ie. what the hell is the point of all of this nonsense as I stand, laughing, watching people push through the doors for a crappy TV that's only $100!). 😀

Good for you on getting it started so early! And for finding such great deals! I have been meaning to start saving for the holidays but have not gotten around to it yet. Since it is my BF and mine 5 year and his 25th in October I may suggest setting a budget for the holidays for us. Aside from that I should get on it. There are some great deals on right now.

Isn't Kohl's the best for coupons? Can't wait for their Black Friday deals!
